Terms and conditions

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the official text and prevails in case of any difference.

These terms govern the use of miniwebsite (mymini.website), a service for creating personal pages operated by Oswaldo Alberto Sánchez López, persona física con actividad empresarial (an individual registered to carry out business activities), with address at Lorenzo Barcelata, INDECO-ANIMAS, C.P. 91190, Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. Contact: hola@mymini.website.

By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

miniwebsite lets you create a page with your social profiles, your work, your services and your links, with an editor and customizable themes. The service is in its launch stage: some features will be added over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Each person may have one account, with a unique page name.
• The information you register must be true and your own.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done from your account. If you forget it, you can create a new one from Forgot your password? on the Log in page.
• We may reassign, or ask you to change, a page name that impersonates another person or brand, or that is misleading or offensive.

Your content

• What you publish is yours. You keep all rights to your text, images and other content.
• You give us permission, free of charge and only while you use the service, to store, copy, adapt to the site's format and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.
• You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
• You may not use miniwebsite to publish content that is illegal; that infringes third parties' copyrights, trademarks or privacy; that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination; that contains sexual content involving minors; for scams, phishing or malware; or to send spam.
• If we receive a well-founded report or detect content of this kind, we may hide it or suspend the account, and we will notify you when possible.

Plans and pricing

• Free: one block of each type and one item per block (up to 3 social profiles), at no cost and with no card.
• Pro: up to 100 blocks and up to 100 items per block, plus connecting AI assistants (see "AI assistants"). You can get it monthly, yearly or lifetime (one-time payment).
• Current prices are shown on mymini.website and at checkout, in Mexican pesos.
• Payments are made by card through Conekta. Pro is activated when Conekta confirms the payment.
• If we change prices, the change applies to new purchases. If it affects the renewal of an active subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance; you will be able to cancel it at no cost.

Renewal and cancellation

• The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period with the same card, until you cancel.
• You can cancel the renewal at any time from My account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• If you purchase Pro lifetime while you have an active subscription, the subscription is canceled so that you are not charged twice.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of a billing error, for example a duplicate charge or an amount different from the price shown. In that case, write to us at hola@mymini.website within 30 days after the charge, with your account email and the date of the charge. If applicable, we will refund the amount to the same payment method.

This does not limit the rights granted to you by the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (Federal Consumer Protection Law).

If you stop having Pro

When your paid period ends, nothing is deleted: your content stays saved and your page goes back to the Free limits. If you get Pro again, you recover what the plan had limited.

Pro lifetime

Pro lifetime is a one-time payment that gives you Pro for as long as mymini.website remains in operation. If we decide to shut down the service, we will announce it at least 90 days in advance and give you a way to download your content.

AI assistants

• With Pro you can create access keys (tokens) so that an MCP-compatible AI assistant can read and edit your page. Each access key is personal: do not share it. You can revoke it whenever you want from My account.
• Whatever the assistant does with your access key, including publishing if you gave it that permission, counts as done by you, and these terms apply just as they do in the editor.
• You choose and contract the assistant yourself. The content it reads from your page and what you write to it go through that provider, under its own terms and privacy notice; we are not responsible for how it handles them.
• We may limit the number of requests per access key to protect the service. If you stop having Pro, your access keys are kept but stop working until you return to Pro.

Availability

We do our best to keep miniwebsite available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and may have interruptions due to maintenance or failures. We recommend keeping a copy of your important images and text.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or content published by other users. If we are held liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

Suspension and closure of your account

• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hola@mymini.website. Deletion follows what is described in the Privacy Notice.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Except in serious or illegal cases, we will notify you beforehand and give you an opportunity to correct it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, we will notify you within your account or by email before it takes effect. If you continue using the service afterward, you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Xalapa, Veracruz, without prejudice to your right to go to the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO, the Federal Consumer Protection Agency).
