Who is responsible for your data

Oswaldo Alberto Sánchez López, an individual with business activity (persona física con actividad empresarial), who operates miniwebsite (mymini.website), with an address at Lorenzo Barcelata, INDECO-ANIMAS, C.P. 91190, Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, is the party responsible for processing your personal data under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties).

What data we collect

Only what we need to provide the service:

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not sell personal data, we do not use advertising tools and we do not share your browsing data with third parties.

What we use it for

Purposes necessary to provide the service:

  1. Create and manage your account and let you sign in.
  2. Save, display and publish your page.
  3. Charge for Pro, renew or cancel your subscription and apply your plan's limits.
  4. Protect the service and your account against unauthorized access and abuse.
  5. Reply to your messages and requests.
  6. Comply with legal and tax obligations.
  7. Learn how many people visit mymini.website and which pages interest them, to improve the service.

Today we do not use your data for secondary purposes, such as sending you advertising. If we ever want to do so, we will ask for your consent first and you will be able to refuse without it affecting your account.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. To operate the service we rely on providers that process it on our behalf and only for the purposes of this notice:

If you connect an AI assistant, you are the one giving it access to your page: what the assistant reads and what you write to it is processed by the provider you chose (for example, Anthropic or OpenAI) under its own privacy notice. That provider does not work on our behalf, and we do not send it data on our own initiative.

Some of these providers may process data outside Mexico. We will only share your data with authorities when a law or an order requires it.

How long we keep it

Your ARCO rights

Under Mexican law, ARCO rights are your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data. You can access your data, ask us to rectify it, to cancel it, or object to its use, as well as revoke your consent or limit its use. You can change much of your data yourself from your account.

To exercise these rights, write to hola@mymini.website from your account's email address, and include:

We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days and, if applicable, we will make the change within the following 15 business days. If you disagree with our response, you can turn to the personal data protection authority.

Cookies

mymini.website uses these cookies:

In addition, if you arrive from the «Hecho con miniwebsite» link on a page, your browser stores the name of that page only while the tab stays open (session storage, not a cookie), to associate it with your account if you sign up.

The pages our users publish do not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete statistics cookies from your browser or with a tracking blocker, without it affecting the use of your account.

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change affects how we use your data, we will let you know inside your account or by email before applying it.
